These sessions are a great follow on from our 'Ladies that lift' weights courses, but also for anyone just wanting to either get back into fitness or enjoy a weekly exercise session. Whether you’re trying to cut fat, get stronger, or build tone and definition, strength training is for you. You only have to do this once so if you have done this already you do not have to complete it again • Please note there are no toilets within the facility, the nearest toilets are up the stairs next to the Library (you can be directed if needed).
